The ingredients were very fresh. She cut the avocado right in front of us, and I could tell the other vegetables were equally fresh. Portions and protein to other ingredients ratios were solid. I had a milk tea, and it was on point. The woman working the counter was helpful and friendly. Definitely try this place out!
Fresh, delicious and very satisfying. First visit to Poke Ono and it was wonderful! There are several choices on the menu or you can create your own combination of rice, seafood, vegetables, sauces and toppings. The counter is set up like Chipotle or Subway where you choose selections and watch as the bowl is put together. There are 3 sizes available and you can dine in or take out. There is also a nice selection of bubble tea, fruit teas and smoothies. The prices are very reasonable too. The facility is clean, neat and organized. I will definitely be back soon!
Best Poke spot in Schaumburg!!!! The food is amazing and fresh and the service is excellent. They keep the shop clean and I love the decorative design. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. You won’t be disappointed!
I recently visited this poke restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. I ordered six different bowls of poke for me and my friends, and each one was a delightful explosion of flavors. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the variety of toppings and sauces allowed each of us to customize our bowls exactly how we liked them. What also stood out was the environment of the restaurant. It was clean, well-decorated, and had a vibrant yet relaxing ambiance that enhanced our dining experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations. I highly recommend this place! Will definitely be back for more!
About 2 years ago I had taken a trip for about a week in Hawaii. At a restaurant they served this delicious poke, and after coming back home in Chicago, I spent hours looking for a restaurant back here looking for a restaurant like that place. I couldn’t forget that poke, and longed for it until I found this restaurant. It sold poke too, the restaurant being inspired by Hawaii itself. Once I tried this restaurant’s poke, I knew I would find myself constantly visiting Poke Ono. This poke satisfied my craving and it might be even better than the one I’ve had in Hawaii. Definitely give this restaurant a shot, worth a try.
Poke Ono serves delicious poke bowls, both their signature combinations and a make-your-own option. It offers multiple choices for the size of your order. You can customize your bowl with numerous toppings and multiple types of protein. You can even order multiple servings of the same protein and order extra for a loaded bowl. Poke Ono also has a variety of sauces to include a range of flavors. You can create a new combination every time or try your staple combination with a new flare from a different sauce.
I absolutely loved my poke bowl from this place. Everything tasted so fresh, and the portion size was perfect – just enough to fill you up without feeling overstuffed. The sauce was flavorful and complemented the ingredients beautifully.
Very friendly staff! My mom ordered something with a sauce and our cashier/server warned her that it might be spicy and offered her a sample before ordering. She is fine with spice but was very touched by the staff's thoughtfulness. They were generous with the protein, which (in my opinion) makes the price worth it! Food was delicious. We also ordered a mango smoothie which was plenty to share between 3 people. The atmosphere was cute in the dining area and restroom with a beach vibe and nice music. It was all very clean. The takeout containers are also very sturdy! I love it when I can reuse tupperware like I will be able to with the containers here.
